The Rubber Room. ever seen that Twilight Zone episode with Billy Mumy where he sends people to "the corn fields?" This is kinda like what happens with the people who end up in the corn fields. Only Billy Mumy is really the NYC Department of Education. And the people who end up in the field are teachers. And they're getting paid. And your taxes are paying for them to sit around.
